Little pools of vitreous enamel in a rainbow of colours. The surrounding edges of the sterling silver pools are polished to a high shine to set off that gorgeous transparent colour. The earrings are securely soldered on to sterling silver posts and finished off with sterling butterfly backs - these make a lovely little gift. The studs measure approximately 7-8mm across.

These earrings are handmade and the nature of enamel is that there will be some variation, however I do take care to match pairs for you. Earrings will be presented in a gift box.

Just when you though they couldn't get any better - Minnie Earrings are now made with recycled silver. What's more, the silver left over after I cut out all the little circles gets turned into even more

Vitreous Enamel

Vitreous enamel is powdered glass which is melted at high temperatures (around 800 degrees centigrade) to give a durable layer of glass on the surface of metal. I only use lead free enamels.
