In my personal opinion, I feel onyx is one of those stones which is greatly under-appreciated. Their natural pitch-black color mirrors a dark void of mystery, one which is said to offer strength, stamina and support during times of loss and grief.

Black is beautiful. And metaphorically speaking, there would be no darkness without light. When we are being challenged beyond our limitations or pushed outside of our comfort zone to seek within for inner strength. Onyx helps remind us to take action and stay resilient.
