This exquisite antique Edwardian Suffragette pendant is decorated with Pearls and Peridots with an impressive clear violet Amethyst crowned in the centre.
Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which carried the message: Green for Give, white for Women and violet for Votes!
The gallery is modelled in 18ct Yellow Gold and has been beautifully engraved with stunning detail throughout. It is a wonderful design and features two fabulous droppers hanging below which are suspended from golden chains.
It is certainly one of the most beautiful Suffragette pendants we have exhibited and would look lovely on a Gold chain.
